Arrive Nairobi transfer to House of Waine.

Day 2
After breakfast we will depart Nairobi and travel 180 kms to Sweetwaters Tented Camp.
A sheltered oasis, clustered around a waterhole and set in the pristine calm of a private wildlife conservancy, Sweetwaters Tented Camp is in a class of its own. It offers a wonderful ambiance and uncompromising luxury. After noon game drive and a visit to the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary the only place in Kenya to see these highly endangered animals, most of these animals have come way of Jane Goodall Institute in Burundi. Day 3
Another day to partake of game drives and the laid back atmosphere at Sweetwaters. Enjoy a leisurely swim in the sparkling pool. This is also an opportunity to visit the Nanyuki Spinners and Weavers (a women’s self-help project) Overnight and dinner at Sweetwaters camp

Day 4
After breakfast, we will travel through varied landscapes to Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru is a beautiful Park world famous for its large numbers of Flamingoes up to 1 million at a time, white pelicans amassing in the warm alkaline waters, to feed on the abundant blue green algae cultivated by their own droppings. It is a place of the waterbuck that number several thousand. Nakuru’s successful black and white rhino conservation program ensures one of the largest concentrations of rhinos. Day 5
After breakfast we depart for the fabled Masai Mara National Park.
Masai Mara was in 2007 declared the 7th wonder of the world for hosting the most spectacular wildlife show on earth; the annual migration of wildebeests. The reserve is an integral component of the greater Serengeti ecosystem whose diversity of plains game supports the highest concentration of herbivores in the world. Misaim Mara owes its high numbers of wildlife to the coexistence and stewardship of the Misaim peoples that form a relationship for the people and wildlife to live in peace together.
The Mara is the home of the 'Big Five', lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhinoceros, bird life is rich and profuse. Overnight Olonana Luxury Tented Camp

Day 6
A morning game drive to search out the predators and their prey taking advantage of the morning light that is exceptional for photography. Return to the lodge for a leisurely breakfast and the rest of the morning at leisure to relax and unwind. Enjoy a relaxing lunch and we will leave early afternoon for a game drive before dinner.

After breakfast depart for the Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch, where we will be staying for the next three nights.
The name Serengeti derives from a Masai word Serengit, meaning endless plain, it is Africa’s most famous game reserve; renowned for its dense predator population and annual wildebeest migration.
You will also see zebra, large herds of giraffe, plus Thompsons and Grants gazelles, elands, impalas, klipspringers and warthogs and fascinating bird life, including vultures brooding in the trees. Experience beautiful vistas and an abundance of game, as we travel across rocky hills, woodlands and savannahs to our accommodation. The Serengeti can be rewarding to visit at any time of the year. Day 10
After breakfast we will take a game drive and travel to Mabuzi Mawe a Tented camp in the epicenter of the Serengeti and within easy reach of the prime wildlife theatres of Lobo, the Western corridor of the Grumeti River, the southern grass plains, the Seronera Valley. Accommodation comprises of 16 spacious tents, with 24 hour electricity, constant hot water, ensuite bathroom, dressing area, two double four-poster beds and a verandah with double sun bed. Day 11
We will leave after breakfast and drive through some beautiful scenery. Approximately halfway between the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater lies one of Africa’s and indeed the world’s most important sources of fossil animal and hominid remains. Olduvai (more correctly Oldupai) Gorge is the Masai name for the wild sisal plant that grows in the area. In the gorge successive lava flows, ash deposits and mud layers preserved one of the most important fossil deposits known on the African continent. We will stop at the Visitors Centre and take a look at all of this prehistory documented at the museum. Lunch is enroute. Overnight Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge

Day 12
After breakfast we will take an early morning drive into the Ngorongoro Crater, bring a jacket along as it can get quite chilly. Time to take in the ethereal blue-green vistas, close range viewing opportunities offer an unparalleled concentration of wildlife. It has been estimated that there are more than 400 adult and sub adult spotted hyenas present in the crater. A visit to the hippo pool will thrill and delight you as you are guaranteed good views of these large mammals at close quarters, as well as the small creatures that feed around the pool fringes and the birds that come to drink. The crater enclosed in one place grasslands, forests, wetlands and slopes providing habitats for a host of creatures, large and small. Herds of buffalo, blue wildebeest, plains zebra and gazelles can be seen on the crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is a microcosm of East Africa. The visitor to the crater is almost guaranteed sightings of lions as so many occur and they often lie out in the open. Kongoni and topi are also present on the open plains. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area enthralls ornithologist and amateur bird watchers alike.
